Yuan Kun is a Ph.D. in economics and professor of the School of Finance of GDUFE，the supervisor of finance postgraduate. The major research interests of Professor Yuan are: corporate finance, banking system and financial market, capital pricing and financial engineering, the courses taught include: corporate finance, monetary banking, financial product design and development. In recent years, Professor Yuan has hosted one National Natural Science Fund Project and three provincial and ministerial projects include Humanities and Social Science Project of Ministry of Education and Philosophy and Social Science Fund Project of Guangdong Province. Professor Yuan has published several academic papers in the core journals, including Journal of Finance, Studies of International Finance, China Finance, Journal of Finance and Economics, etc. he also attended the 13th Annual Meeting of China's Financial Engineering and Risk Management (International) Forum in 2014. Professor Yuan was awarded the title of “Excellent Teacher” of GDUFE in 2014.
