Zhang Kai

Zhang Kai, male, born in October1979, is a Dr. in Mathmatics, professor, doctoral supervisor. He was a postdoctoral researcher in Monash University. Now he serves as a member of standing committee of GDUFE Communist Party and Vice President. He is responsible for the work of student affairs ( including the ideological and political work of postgraduates), employment, social cooperation, international exchange and cooperation (Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan), information construction, education technology, asset operation, operation of unversity science and technology park and entrepreneurship. He is the head for the following departments: Student Affairs Office, Career Planning Center, Department of Social Cooperation, Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, Internet Information and Education Technology Center. He also serves as a liasion with School of Business Administration/Cantonese Merchant School/School of Innovation and Entreprenuership, and International Business School.

His main research areas: digital finance, financial engineering and fin-tech.
