Enyue HUANG

    Enyue HUANG served as a faculty member in this department at GDUFE Cultural Creativity and Tourism School of Hospitality Management since 2019.  She received her MS in Hospitality Administration from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, USA and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Translation in Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, Guangzhou, China. In addition to this academic training, Ms.Huang has over 2000 hours of industry experience in F&B and hotel operations management, primarily working for luxury brands both in the U.S. and in Mainland China such as Hilton Worldwide, Pullman and Jumeirah. Her areas of interest research include: human resource management, wine tourism and marketing, wine education. Her teaching goals is to embrace her multinational industry experience and a truly global perspective into Foshan local hospitality and F&B.
