Personal statement

    I am Hancheng CHANG. I joined the Department of Hotel Management at GDUFE Cultural Creativity and Tourism School in July 2019. Prior to my current appointment I worked at Chongqing Normal University and Chiayi University (Taiwan). I hold degrees from the Sun Yet-Sen University (Taiwan), Soochow University (Taiwan) and University of Strathclyde (Glasgow, the UK).

    My research interests traverse human resource management and hospitality management, with a particular focus on employee training and newcomer’s mentoring. I have published some of my studies in the database of SSCI (Q1), TSSCI and have various ongoing projects in each of these areas. Also, I am currently a member of the Academy of Management.
