Dr. Xi HSU graduated from University of Wollongong (Doctor of Creative Arts, 2015). As a practice-led creative practitioner, he launches two community art/food project, “Hilly Art Group” (2016, Zhanjiang) and “Hilly Community Kitchen” (2019, Foshan). The former project takes place in an underprivileged community, which focuses on the innovative social practice through community arts. The latter aims to experiment and eventually create a sustainable model for nature villages around university in China to revive their culture through rebranding their agriculture and food, and incorporating with international cuisine and modernized dietary.
