Zou Yuzhuo

Zou Yuzhuo is an Assistant Professor at Law School, Guangzhou University of Finance and Economics in China. Her main research interests include Chinese Civil Procedure Law, Chinese Evidence Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. 

Zou Yuzhuo obtains her LL.B from East China University of Political Science and Law (2005), LL.M of Civil Procedure Law from Xiamen University (2008), PhD Degree from Xiamen University (2014). She is also a visiting scholar at the Center of East Asian Legal Studies, University of Wisconsin-Madison. After that, she joins the faculty of Law School, Guangzhou University of Finance and Economics, giving lectures to undergraduates of Civil Procedure Law, Evidence Law, supervising thesis and doing research. She has published several books, including Civil Procedure in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao (co-author) and English Evidence Law (co-author), and around 8 articles in the journals and international conferences.
