Sun Zhanli, born in 1970, is a doctor of law, a postgraduate tutor for the major of international law, a member of CSIEL, a member of Expert Consultation Committee of Guangdong Provincial People’s Procuratorate and a member of Guangzhou Arbitration Committee. His main research direction includes information network law (including electronic commerce law) and international economic law. He published the monograph A Study On The Law (Law Press China, 2008); compiled International Economic Law (Wuhan University Press, 2012), Information Network Law (Xiamen University Press, 2012) and Electronic Commerce Law (Xiamen University Press, 2013); participated in compiling more than 10 books such as International Business Law (Law Press China, planned textbook for 21st century) and published more than 20 papers in periodicals such as Modern Law Science, Law Review, Civil and Commercial Law Review and China University Teaching. His research findings were awarded the first prize for outstanding research achievements of 2011 by Guangdong Province Law Society.
