Kuang Lingyun

Kuang Lingyun, female, is a lecturer, Master of Procedural Law of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and Doctor of Civil and Commercial Law of Wuhan University. She mainly teaches courses such as Civil Procedural Law, Criminal Procedure Law, Public Order Administrative Theory and Population and Resident Administration. Her current research direction is settlement mechanism for interlocked penal and civil disputes.
