Fang Wencui

Fang Wencui, female, a professor, holds the position of assistant dean of School of Law of Guangdong University of Finance and Economic at present. She is the cultivation object in provincial level of the 1000-100-10 Talents Cultivating Project of Guangdong Province. She is also the representative of the 11th and the 12th National People’s Congress of Guangdong Province, and the member of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People’s Congress of Guangdong Province.

She once published 33 papers in academic periodicals such as China Legal Science, Peking University Law Journal, Law and Social Development and Modern Law Science; published and edited 7 monographs and textbooks; and directed 9 provincial scientific research and teaching research projects. She won 2 Outstanding Achievement Awards of Guangdong Philosophy and Social Science and 2 Outstanding Legal Papers of Guangdong Province Law Society. Her “Innovation in Experiment and Practice Teaching Mode for Training Applied Undergraduate Professionals of Law Science” was awarded the first prize (ranking the third) in the 7th teaching achievement appraisal of Guangdong province; Research on Value of Law Education was awarded the second prize in the 1st Chinese law education research achievement appraisal. In 2014, she was awarded as Top 10 Outstanding Young and Middle-aged Jurist in Guangzhou Area. In 2014, she was awarded the Famous Teacher in the 7th Teacher Appraisal of Guangdong Higher Institutes.
