Chen Lihua, female, is a doctor, professor and postgraduate tutor. She is also a member China Democratic National Construction Association, a member of China Association of Agricultural and Economic Law, deputy secretary general of Guangdong Research Institute of Economic Law and arbitrator of Guangzhou Arbitration Committee. Teaching Courses: Economic Law, Contract Law and Company Law Research Direction: Economic laws, theory and practice of civil and commercial laws Research Experience: In 2004, she went to University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as a visiting professor for one year. In 1998, she conducted her research as an academic scholar in Law Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences for seven months. 

Research Findings: Her research is focused on the right of economic subjects and economic security issues.

She published more than 40 academic articles in periodicals such as China Legal Science, Journal of East China University of Political Science and Law, Contemporary Law Review, Hebei Law Science, Seeker, Journal of Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Journal of Hunan University and Journal of Xiangtan University. In recently, she has published the articles such as Compensation Standard for Nationalization of Foreign Enterprise, Effect Principles of Extraterritorial Application of Anti-monopoly Law, Views on Legal Characters of Board of Supervisors of Enterprises, Judicial Values of Economic Law and Views on Value Orientation of Bankruptcy Law and Perfection of Relevant Systems. She also published 4 individual monographs which mainly include (1) Marriage, Family and Inheritance, China Social Sciences Publishing House, May 1999 [M]; (2) Research on WTO and China’s Investment Law, Guangming Daily Press, August 2009 [M]. She published 8 works together with other people. 

She directed researches on more than 10 projects, which mainly comprise: the project “Research on Modification of China’s Investment Law” of philosophy and social science of Hunan Province, the planned project “Research on Rights of Villagers’ Autonomous Organization in Rural Environment Protection” of philosophy and social science of Guangdong Province, the project “Research on Rights of Villagers’ Autonomous Organization in Suburb Environment Protection” of the Eleventh Five-year Plan of philosophy and social science of Guangdong Province, and the sub-project “Rights of Chinese in Marriage, Family and Inheritance” of the project “Research on Rights of Chinese” of China Social Sciences Publishing House. She participated in the researches on projects of the National Social Science Foundation of China and various provincial projects. The research findings on national projects were awarded the First Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Social Science of Hunan Province. 

    Her research findings were once repeatedly reprinted in China and were highly appraised by domestic and overseas experts in this field.
