International Commercial Law is a new course that developed rapidly after the World WarⅡ. It includes international and domestic laws that regulate the international commercial legal relationship among international business bodies in the world. This course contains the traditional commercial legal field of international goods trade, transport and insurance, as well as the new field of technical trade, products responsibility, intellectual property rights, international investment and finance. International Commercial Law is also a course of specialty and practice, and it will help us cope with the international business relationship if we learn more from this course and have knowledge of the rules and regulations among international business intercourses.
