2.Brief Course Introduction

Contract Law combines the theory with practice of the contract law closely and tries to absorb the new results of the contract law study of both domestic and abroad. It discusses systematically about the basic principles, institution and knowledge of the contract law. The main content includes the concept of contract and Contract Law, the conclusion of a contract, the content and form of the contract, the effect, performance, preservation, change and transference, termination of the contract and the liability for wrongs in contracts, the explanation of the contract and also the 15 named contracts which are stipulated in the Contract Law.
