2.Brief Course Introduction

Code of Civil Law, the curriculum, is one of the fourteen core curriculums for undergraduate students of law department which are regulated by Ministry of Education．It mainly introduces the fundamental theory，the contents and basic practice of Chinese Code of Civil Law，namely, outline，legal relation of civil action，civil suit right，suit，fundamental principles of the law，fundamental systems of civil justice，jurisdiction，party，fundamental principles of evidence in civil action，judicial mediation，litigation security system，ordinary legal procedure，special legal procedure，execution procedure and procedure of civil action involving foreigners，etc．By learning the course，students can master the fundamental principle，contents of Code of Civil Law and the original intention of it．On such basis, they can comprehend the practice and the actuality of  the law as well as acquaint themselves with the modes of civil procedure，theory，and legislation of the main developed countries，in order to gain the sense of justice，have a good mastery of the  law，form the habit of analyzing and solving legal problems by the means of combining theory and practice，which is our aim of education．
