The course of Commercial Law has six chapters. Chapter One is the introduction which mainly involves general introduction of Commercial Law, the commercial subject, commercial conduct, trade name, commercial registration and book of account. Chapter Two is on corporation law, mainly contains general introduction of corporation law, establishment of corporation, corporation capital, corporate governance, corporate alteration and termination; Chapter Three is on securities law, which contains general introduction of securities law, legal system of issuing securities, legal system of securities listing and transaction, legal system of securities market and its supervision, ; Chapter Four is about commercial instrument law, which deals with general introduction of commercial instrument law, act of commercial paper, rights of bill and movement of bill; Chapter Five is the discussion of insurance law, which involves introduction of insurance law, introduction of insurance contract, property insurance contracts, personal insurance contracts and insurance industry ; Chapter Six is of bankruptcy law, which contains introduction of bankruptcy law, application and acceptance for bankruptcy case, creditors’ meeting, bankruptcy reconciliation and reorganization, bankruptcy liquidation and termination of bankruptcy procedure.
