Civil Law is important in the legal scientific system. The entire curriculum can be divided into two parts: the general remarks and the branch discussions. The general remarks partially teach the civil law theory, the universality, and the regular principle. The branch discussions partially teach the real rights, the creditor's rights, the personal rights and the civil liability system elementary knowledge. This curriculum is systematic, comprehensively introducing the basic principles of civil law, elaborating on the basic content of the civil legal system, for the purpose of training the student to utilize the civil law’s elementary theory to analyze problems independently.
