2.Brief Course Introduction

Evidence Law is an important subject in the law field , which is a subject aiming at making research on the rules， methods and the related law during judicial organ to practice and administrate the law. Generally, this subject includes two main contents: the first is the theoretic content, including evidence law’s basic theory and the theory of proof; the second is practical content, mainly including the rules of collection of evidence, checking of evidence, admitting of evidence and the practical operation. Studying should subordinate to the Marxism principle to find the rules of finding the evidence existence and its development and its relationship between these two aspects in order to help the judicial practice, and to learn and grasp the spirits of the legislation, following the step of the changing of the legislation. During the study, we should insist on combination of the theory and the practice, and combination of that of China and foreign countries, making comparison between them and absorbing the advantages and rejecting the disadvantages in order to grasp the content and the spirit of this subject.
