Contract Law combines the theory with practice of the contract law and tries to absorb the new results of the contract law study both domestic and abroad. It discusses the basic principles, institutions and knowledge of contract law. The main content includes the concept of contract and Contract Law, the conclusion of a contract, the content and form of the contract, the effect, performance, preservation, change and transference, termination of the contract and the liability for wrongs in contracts, the explanation of contract and also the 15 named contracts which are stipulated in the Contract Law.
