2. Brief Course Introduction
This course, offered in the freshman year, gives a holistic introduction to elementary theories, research methods, and latest developments of sociology in 16 periods. The course content is easily understood so as to enable students to have an overview of sociology and engage them in active learning. This course aims to help students to find their most suitable research area. In addition, diverse teaching methods are adopted also enable students to acquire a better understanding of sociology.
