2. Course description

Web TV Practical Training I is the core course for Broadcasting and TV Directing. This course has no period requirement with credits. It simulates the operation of the TV station, making use of Internet and simulation practice after class. Students are required to work in groups to enter the television channels, and cooperate with each other to produce one season of pilot TV programs which will be played. Students are required to take the roles of producer, photographer, journalist, editor and director, host, and lighting engineer, and so on, so as to complete different tasks. 

Upon completing this course, students are expected to on his or her initiative cooperate with each other, find clues, contact with the interviewees, reserve place for shooting. They can foster their professional capabilities while mastering specialized knowledge.
