I.  Training Objectives

The major is aimed at radio and television news organizations, network media and other film and television production organizations, media-related enterprises and institutions, cultivating composite, innovative and application-oriented talents with professional theoretical knowledge and skills in planning and creating content for radio and television programs and new media for film and television, with high political level, theoretical cultivation and art appreciation ability, as well as media management and product marketing literacy, who can engage in planning, creating, editing, producing, disseminating and operating content for radio and television programs and new media for film and television.

II. Training Requirements

1.Knowledge structure requirements:

(1) Understand the guidelines, policies and regulations of the party and the state on news and literary and artistic publicity, and be familiar with the theoretical frontier of radio and television and the latest trends of technological development. (2) Be familiar with the basic theories of radio and television, and master the basic theories and professional knowledge of art, drama and film and television, radio and television, journalism and communication required for the work and research of this major.

2.Capability requirements:

(1) Have basic professional ability and have a certain level of English reading; Master the necessary office software and quantitative analysis software under the environment of modern information technology; Strong social investigation and language expression and writing skills; Master the basic methods of literature retrieval and data query, and have certain scientific research ability. (2) Have a solid cultural foundation, high film and television writing ability and radio and television program editing and directing ability; Have high artistic accomplishment and artistic creativity, have the ability to observe life and capture the trend of social development, and have the ability of thinking and expression combined with audio-visual; (3) Be proficient in various modern media, and master the creative methods and production skills of audio-visual new media content; (4) Have media management and product marketing literacy, and have the quality and ability to adapt to the future competition mechanism, expand to a broader professional field and continue to learn.

3.Quality requirements:

(1) Establish a positive outlook on life, correct values and dialectical materialist world outlook, have good moral cultivation and civilized code of conduct, and have professionalism and professional ethics; Form a good style of study that is diligent, enterprising, realistic and pragmatic.
