Hotel Operation Management is a specialty course for students majoring in hospitality management. According to the training goals of hotel management program and the requirements of various positions and departments in hotels, students are expected to have good professional qualities, professional ethics and professionalism through learning. After studying, they are able to  familiarize with the business processes and management procedures, master the basic theory and professional knowledge necessary for talents of advanced technology applied in hotel management, master basic hotel management skills, and comprehensively use the knowledge learned through practical training both inside and outside the school to meet the actual requirements of hotel service and management competence. Moreover, modern hotel management competence are highlighted as the core position in the overall professional competence. The principle of sufficient theoretical knowledge is used to promote the coordinated development of competence, knowledge, and quality.
