Conference and Banquet Management
With its focuses on cultivating compound talents who can employ theory to practical study, this course mainly concerns with banquet management and service in conferences, exhibitions and hotels. The main teaching contents include the planning, design, process arrangement and management of conferences, exhibitions and banquets. A variety of teaching methods and means are included in the course, such as theoretical teaching, experimental operation, practical teaching and etc. By these means, students are expected to understand and master the basic knowledge and basic theories of meetings and banquets, cultivate students’ practical ability including but not limited to practical operation skill, planning design skills and management skills.
