Luo Xianjia

Luo Xianjia, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1972 and is a native of Yangchun, Guangdong Province. Being master of laws and associate professor, he now serves as the Deputy Party Secretary of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics (GDUFE). He is responsible for the work of ideological and political work of students (including that of postgraduates), party building, cadre, united front, party school, employment, campus security and Communist Youth League, in charge of the Organization Department of the Party Committee (the United Front Department of the Party Committee and the Party School Office), Student Affairs Department of the Party Committee (Students’ Affairs Division, Division of Armed Personnel and Student Employment Guidance Center), Security Department (Office 601) and Youth League Committee, and serving as the liaison with the party Committee of the School of Public Administration, of the School of Foreign Studies, and of the School of Arts, the School of Public Administration, the School of Foreign Studies, the School of Arts, Foshan Modern Service Industry Research Institute, Research Center of Socialist Political Economy with Chinese Characteristics and Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party’s branch in GDUFE.

After graduation from South China Normal University in July 1994, he worked as the Political Counselor, Deputy Section-Chief and Section-Chief of the Student Affairs Department, Deputy Secretary and Secretary of Youth League Committee of Guangdong University of Business Studies successively. In May 2013, he was appointed as the Deputy Party Secretary (division level) of Sanshui Campus of GDUFE. In December 2014, he was appointed as the Executive Vice Director of the Publicity Department of the Party Committee and Director of News Center (division level). In January 2017, he was appointed as the Director of the Publicity Department of the Party Committee and Director of News Center. In May 2017, he was appointed as the Director of the Publicity Department of the Party Committee, Director of Party Committee Teacher Work Department and Director of News Center. Since December 2019, he has held the current post.
