Chen Aixiang

Chen Aixiang is the vice dean of the School of Mathematics and Statistics in Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, and is an associate professor and a Master’s Supervisor. He received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Software Research Institute at Sun Yat-Sen University in 2007. His research interests include statistic machine learning, intelligent planning, model-based diagnosis, automated reasoning. Recently, he has been focusing on developing effective methods and tools for Big Data. He has published more than 20 academic papers in several important journals such as Journal of Software, Chinese Journal of Computers and the Journal of Computer science to name a few. He has served as a reviewer for several journals including the Chinese Journal of Computers, Journal of Computer Research and Development and Journal of Computer Science.
