Doctor Huang Hui is the vice dean of the School of Mathematics and Statistics in Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, where he currently works as an associate professor. His research interests include numerical solutions of partial differential equation and their applications as well as pattern recognition and image processing. He presided and participated in several National Natural Science Foundation of China and Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, and also presided over 2 scientific projects of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics. He has published more than 20 academic papers in recent years. He won the Nanyue Excellent Teacher Award from Guangdong provincial government, and also won the Excellence Teaching of Young Teacher Award and the Special Teaching Award amongst others. He was elected as an outstanding teacher. Moreover, he presided over 8 university teaching reform projects, 1 provincial teaching project, published more than 10 relevant papers.
