Lead researcher on market researches aka planning & designs for hotels in Beijing, Guangzhou, Hainan and Jiangxi Provinces etc.;

Provided organizational analysis and human resources management plans for hotels in Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Nanchang etc.;

Provide instruction for four Key Students Projects and Key Scientific Projects;

Provided instruction on one College Innovative Experiment Project, Guangdong Province;

Provided instruction on one project of the National Training Programs for College Students on Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
