Chen Ling (1968), female, master, associate professor, Director of the School of Hotel Management. Once worked in Aiqun Hotel, Liuhua Hotel, Zhaoqing Duanzhou hotel and other units engaged in practical work and training of the relevant departments. As Guangdong Province Occupational Skill Testing Center assessor, in Guangzhou, Qingyuan, Zhongshan and other places and has participated in skill level technicians and other assessment work. Who guided students to participate and got the third in the fifth Challenge Cup 2011 of Guangdong Province. The main Research direction: the service economy and management, hotel management, exhibition services planning and management. Courses taught mainly Service Management, Introduction of Modern Services, Crisis Management, Front Office & Housekeeping Management, and Foreign Food Culture. Recently published twenty articles in the "eco-economy", "Productivity", "business economy", "business vitality" and other magazines, participate in the "Guangdong Province service industry talk about" Essay Contest sponsored by the Yangcheng Evening News and got essay excellence Award.
