Natural Resource is a comprehensive discipline, and its research content is quite extensive. Teaching content centered mainly the relationship between natural resources and human development, and described systematically a series of basic principles, as much as possible introduced important progress of natural resources in recent years, and represented systematically the major environmental problems such as shortage of resources and environmental degradation. This course was divided into five parts: the first part discussed the natural resources of disciplinary paradigm, the second part discussed the natural resources and the nature of its scarce, the third part discussed the ecology principle of natural resource, the fourth part discussed the principle of natural resource economics, the fifth part discussed the principles of management of natural resources from the user's perspective, and finally, this paper expounded the society goal of natural resource management and the sustainable principle and approach.
