2. Brief Course Introduction

This course is one of the core courses of tourism majority. From economics aspects, and use the method of economics to introduce and analysis the phenomena of tourism. The content of the course includes following intellectual boards: 1.Tourism economics basic concepts and theories. In this board, the course introduce and analysis the tourism actors' characteristics of their behavior. 2. Tourism Micro-Economics. In this board, the course introduce how a tourism enterprise to operate its businesses. 3. Tourism Macro-Economics, in this board, we will discuss some tourism issues from point of view of all society economic.
The purpose of the course is to train the students how to solving factual tourism problems by economics tools, and through the study, the students can learn more about economic characteristics of tourism industries.
