She has offered courses on Import & Export Practices, Foreign Business Negotiation, Cross-cultural Communication, English-Chinese Translation, English Listening & Speaking, and Practical English for Journalism & Advertisement, etc. Her research interests include applied economics, cross-cultural cases, business translation, managerial analysis in higher education, etc. She has published over 10 papers. She is the author of an English textbook, the co-author of several textbooks and the compiler of one English dictionary, etc. She has been in charge of Hunan provincial education & research project of higher education management, and several university-level research projects. And she has taken part in several economical & managerial research projects sponsored by the National Natural Science foundation of China, and National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science, etc. Her main honors include university-level teaching quality “excellent” award, her projects, papers, textbooks with provincial or university-level “excellent” award, etc.
