Guangkui Zhang
Dean of the School of Foreign Studies, professor and supervisor to postgraduate students. He graduated from Sun Yat- Sen University and earned his doctoral degree in 2005. The courses for postgraduates he instructs include British and American Literature, British and American Poetry, Western Aesthetics and Aesthetics of Poetry Translation, etc,. He has published his expertise in Popular Poetics, a translation of Pleasure and Change: the Aesthetics of Canon, and a literary translation of My Little Elephant Pucci. He also published dozens of papers in academic journals.
