Jie SHEN
She studied successively in Nankai University and Sun Yat-Sen University from 1996 to 2006, and earned her doctoral degree in Sun Yat-Sen University. Specialized in English poetry and poetics, she has been teaching in School of Foreign Studies since 2006. Currently she instructs British Literature, American Literature, A Survey of Chinese Culture for undergraduate students, and An Introduction to British and American Literary Classics for graduate students. Her major academic interests are about Modern British and American poetry.
