2.Brief Course Introduction
English Pronunciation and Intonation is a compulsory course provided for the freshman English majors in the first semester. This course aims at providing students with knowledge and practice in pronunciation, intonation, rhythm, linking and other skills in English. It introduces the differences between British and American English, and helps the students to have better and correct oral language.
