This course is an extensive reading program intended for first year English (Business)majors. It aims at helping students understand different aspects of business through extensive reading in different business-related contexts. The main topics include marketing, management, trading, cross-culture management, social responsibility and business ethics, personal finance, and the application of various investment vehicles. The reading materials features simple language with a vocabulary that is slightly beyond high school graduates.
