Emphasizing practical application and theory of international business law, International Business Law is a comprehensive and compulsory course designed for Business English majors and English majors (with International Business & Management orientation) in the 6th semester. Examining the three core fields of international business law---Company, Contract and Sales, this course is meant to equip students with the fundamentals of the law relating to international business, such as basic concepts, important doctrines and typical practices, and to cultivate students’ elementary ability of case analysis.
