2.Brief Course Introduction
Fundamentals of Corporate Finance is a compulsory course for undergraduates majoring in Business English. The course briefly introduces the fundamental theories, methodologies and operating skills of corporate finance. The students are required to master the knowledge and skills of macro-finance and micro—finance, and also be aware of the basic principles and methodologies of investment decision-making, financing decision-making and assets management, and make probable theoretical explanation to these measures.
