Biography
Associate professor Xia Yu was born in March 1977 in Qingdao, Shandong province, and graduated from Sun Yat-Sen University where she majored in Chinese Philosophy, and received a Ph.D. She works in the Cultural Industry Management Department , Public Management College of the Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, and is also a master's tutor of MPA.

Associate professor Xia Yu mainly teaches the courses of "Chinese Culture History", "Introduction to Culture"
Research Interests
Associate professor Xia Yu's Main research directions are cultural industries, creative industries. In recent years, she focuses on urban cultural industry policy and cultural industrial clusters.
Recent Publications
Associate professor Xia Yu wrote and published monographs such as "The Study on Hanfei's Ethical Thinking", and "Emperors Intention of Hanfei". published a series of articles in journals: "Academic Research ", "Social Science Front", "Journal of Lanzhou", and so on. She participates in national and provincial projects.
