Biography
Associate professor Xiaoshan Cai was born in August 1983 in Jieyang, Guangdong province, graduated from Jinan University where he majored in Industrial Economics, receiving a Ph.D. in Economics. She works in the Cultural Industry Management Department, at the Public Management College of the Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, she is also a master's tutor of MPA. She was named as Guangdong Province "QianBai Shi" in 2014.
Main Courses
Associate professor Xiaoshan Cai mainly teaches the courses of "Human Resource Management of the Cultural Industry", "Cultural Resources", "Economics of Government", "Cultural Marketing".
Research Interests
Associate professor Xiaoshan Cai's Main research directions are entrepreneurship, industrial economic and corporate governance. In recent years, she focuses on entrepreneurship and governance of knowledge enterprises, human-capital firms and professional services companies.
Recent Publications
Associate professor Xiaoshan Cai wrote and published the book "Entrepreneurship of Human Capital Intensive Firms", and published a series of articles in journals such as "Reform" ,"Journal of Guangdong University of Finance and Economics", "East China Economic Management", "Journal of Central University of Finance and Economics", "Research of Institutional Economics", "Contemporary Finance and Economics", "International Economic and Trade Research", "Inquiry into Economic Issues", and so on. She is in charge of two provincial projects, participates in numerous national and provincial projects.
