Muhua Lin, President Distinguished Professor of the Guangdong University of Finance and Economics.
She is the first "Youth Culture Elite" member of Guangdong Province. Her main research directions are focused on the public budget and financial management, the People's Congress System, the financial constitution and Civil Service, etc. She has presided over 8 projects, e.g. supported by National Social Science Foundation, her topic is "reforming and improving the budgetary supervision of the County People's Congresses". She has published more than 20 papers in domestic and international journals.
