Zhang Qinglin, male, born in Lu'an, Anhui province, in 1982. Ph.D, associate professor of the School of Public Administration, Guangdong University of Finance & Economics, vice dean of the department of Public Administration and Social Security. Graduated from Jinan University in June 2011, majored in industry economics, received a doctoral degree in economics, main research area include public policy and government regulation. Since 2010 he published more than 10 papers in academic journals: "Economic Perspectives", "Economic Management Journal", "Reform", " Contemporary Finance & Economics", and presided over 5 scientific projects such as Projects of the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, also the candidate of Guangdong Province for "Thousand, Hundred and Ten " project.
