Liqiong Yang ,female, born in Jingzhou City ,Hubei province, holds a Public Management master's degree. And is currently Professor of public management. In addition to that, she is the leader of Labor and Social Security, is the Member of China Social Security Association, expert of Guangzhou Municipal Government Procurement Evaluation Database and the National College of Higher Education and the National Unified Proposition Expert in Guangdong Province. The main research areas are related to social security, public management, social policy. She is engaged in teaching and research work, published more than 40 papers in Domestic and international journals and all kinds of publications, for example: Eeconomic Dynamics, China's administrative management , her papers have been published in full or partially in the Renmin University of China and EI. She also Published a monograph of social security theory and practice. She also hosted and participated in over 10 projects of national, provincial and ministerial level. She has won honor of excellent quality in teaching quality in the Guangdong University of Finance and a title of an advanced individual.
