Li Xiaoyan,1973, Harbin, Ph.D., associate professor, Department of Labor and Social Security. Doctor of Agricultural Economics and Management, Shenyang Agricultural University graduate, Zhejiang University School of Public Administration postdoctoral fellow. The main fields of interest: social security, public administration, social policy, in recent years , has presided over education of Humanities and Social Sciences project twice, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation Project - twice, provincial education department planning project twice, City Social Science Fund Project thrice ,one published monograph, publication in journals such as: "China Population Science", "Shanghai University of Finance and Economics Journal ", "Agricultural Economy Problems", "Mathematical Statistics and Management", "Nanjing Agricultural University," "South China Agricultural University Journal", "Learning and Exploration "and other publications published more than 20 papers. The current social functions are: Deputy Secretary-General of Guangdong Province System Reform Research; Social Policy Research Association, Guangdong Province, deputy secretary-general; Haizhu District of Guangzhou City Committee of Experts on the Advisory Committee for Social Innovation; Foshan City Social Work Committee consultant; Guangdong Provincial Health Economics Association; director of the Guangdong Provincial Institute of Social Insurance; deputy director of Foshan City's , the Pearl River Delta Cultural Development Strategy Research Association and executive director.
