2.Brief Course Introduction

Land Economics is one of the branches of economics, which studies at the human-land relationship and the relationship between the people that are using it. Production forces organizing directly related to land-use in human-land relationship, and production relationship of land ownership, land using, land management & its adjustment is going to be studied during this lesson, which contains economical use of land, regime and value of land. It aims at using various theories and methods to study the relationship between mankind and the land in the regional environment, finding out the rules behind them and complying with the rules the use of land to draw up a scientific policy basis, giving scientific evidence to direct the legitimate use and definite allocation of land .
