2.Brief Course Introduction
Real Estate Finance and Investments is an applied course based on the study of Real Estate Economy, Financial Accounting, Economic Geography. The course introduces basic theories about how commercial real estate investment deals are financed, structured, and finalized. The basic content covered: real estate market research, mortgage loans- which include real estate development loans, individual housing loans and policy loans, financial analysis, uncertainty analysis of real estate projects, comparison of investment deal structures etc.
