Government Information Resources Management has played a constructive role in achieving reorganization of government agencies, Business Process Reengineering and the Efficient Allocation of Information Resources etc. Information Resource Development and Management is an obligatory course for Public Management majors. It aims to teach students the relevant theoretical knowledge of government information resources development and management, and to help students grasp the relevant methods and techniques in the development and management of government information resources in order to prepare them better for the public management work in their future career. This course begins with the introduction of basic concepts, connotations and management process, it describes the collection, organization, retrieval, development and utilization of government information resources management, and focuses on the creation and development of government information resources management system, to enable students to have a deep understanding of the construction and operation of government information resources management system.
