Public Human Resource Management is a management activity, aims to obtain, motivate, maintain and develop human resources, it is increasingly important in the public sector. It is directly related to the quality of public goods and public services provided to the community, which is an important factor in improving public sector productivity. This course is compulsory in the School of Public Administration, it includes mainly public sector human resource management theory, method and technology, including the basic theory and system of public sector human resource management, strategic management of human resources in the public sector, public sector analysis and position classification management, public sector human resource planning, recruitment and selection of personnel in the public sector, public sector management staff training and career development, performance appraisal of public sector workers, public sector pay benefits and insurance system.
