2. Course Introduction
Software project management course is for software engineering majors to set up a specialized compulsory course, is a technology and management of cross type, guide software development project organization and management of the subject, with the aim of software project management personnel training. Its main content is the software requirement management, the cost management, the progress management, the risk management, the configuration management, the quality management, the human resources management, the development process management and so on.
