Xu Jingjie

Xu Jingjie was born in Sujian, Jiangsu Province in 1985. From 2004 to 2009, she studied in the Department of History of Sun Yet-sen University(SYSU). After that, she pursued further studies in history and attained a doctors degree in SYSU.
At present she is a lecturer in the Department of Sociology in Guangdong University of Finance & Economics. She teaches Qualitative Survey Approaches, Social Science Document Retrieval, and Female Sociology etc.
She has had published several essays in the “Journal of History and Anthropology”, and the “Salt Industry History Research”. Besides, one monograph of hers has also been published in 2012 by Guangxi Normal University Press.
Her translating work was collected in Medical, Social and Cultural Textbook, a book compiled by Yu Xinzhong and Du Lihong and published by Peking University Press in 2012.
