Zhen Chenxi

Associate Professor Zhen Chenxi is the dean of Radio & TV Broadcasting Science Department in the School of Humanities and Journalism. He is the director of the Screenwriting-Directing major of the Teaching and Research Section, and head of the emerging strategic industry in Guangdong Province, i.e. the Screenwriting-Directing Major. He engages himself in teaching and researching the new media development. In university, he teaches TV Programs Making, Digital Publishing Technology, Nonlinear Editing, and Professional Introduction etc., of which the Digital Publishing Technology is an excellent course of provincial level. In 2009 and 2010, he was rewarded as one of the best teachers in Guangdong University of Finance & Economics (GUFE). From 2007 to 2009, he was rewarded 3 times for his excellent teaching, and at the same time, he became an outstanding Communist Party member of GUFE. On September 12th, he was regarded as one of the best ten young teachers in GUFE. In 2010, he ranked the second in the 6th Higher Education Teaching Achievements Competition, a provincial competition in Guangdong. And in 2011, he was rewarded as the beast teacher in GUFE again.
