2. A brief introduction of the course
The course "Psychology and life" introduces the profound science of psychology in plain language which contacts theories with people's daily life, work and study, and focuses on its application in public life at the same time. It includes not only an introduction to the psychological research object, the development history and research methods of psychology and the biological basis of mind and behavior，but also the sense and consciousness, learning and cognition and intelligence and creativity based on psychological process, as well as the behavior and psychological dynamics, personality and personality assessment which introduce personal psychology. The course also consciously put together growth and individual psychological development, stress management and health psychology, interpersonal relationship and social psychology in the category of curriculum system to strengthen the link with life, health growth of individual and self adjusting as well as harmonious society development.
